We both pride ourselves on providing the best possible facilities for your stay with us. We appreciate the need for clean facilities and a tidy, friendly site where you can relax and slip away from the stresses of everyday life, be it for a short weekend or a main holiday.

" We chose Clover Fields for our very first camping trip, after researching quite a few sites, from the reviews from other campers it sounded like the perfect place for us and we were not disappointed.  We had a wonderful time, welcoming and very peaceful, beautiful scenery and the site was just lovely, well laid out and lots of thoughtful touches.  The Utilities block was absolutely immaculate complete with relaxing music playing in the toilet areas.  We will definitely be returning again, I hope there will still be room for tents when the new pitches have matured."

"Just want to thank you for a lovely stay on your site, its really  lovely, shame we didn’t have better weather, I think we brought the rain  home with us! We had a leak in the van through all the rain.

We didn’t pop in to see Jan about the season pitch as we both have  kids, but we will be visiting again soon for some peace and quiet!

"Just a quick, overdue and very big thank you for our stay with you a few weeks back. I don't know if you remember us but due to an administrative error (i.e. the usual poor planning and denseness on my part) we found ourselves and our 1972 VW camper trailing through the peaks with light fading, petrol running low and tempers running high. On a last throw of the dice I luckily managed to dig out your number and in doing so not only saved my bacon but found the perfect end to our holiday.

We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome, even on the phone as you talked us in, and that impression was doubled when we eventually arrived. After a long tiring journey it made such a big difference to our day to see some smiling friendly faces and then to find such a well run, spotlessly clean (and cheap!) site was more than we could have asked for.

I dare say there are other parks which claim more spectacular views or fancier facilities but we can honestly say that throughout our many travels we have never come across a campsite that was so welcoming, efficient and immaculately maintained. You have obviously worked very hard and deserve all the success in the world.
 We will definitely recommend you to family and friends and if we are ever nearby you will certainly see us again.

"Even more surprise to find an individual water connection, 16v electrics and your own personal waste bin and high quality barbeque.

Site security was excellent and on leaving, the price had me saying ‘That can’t be right’, but it was".

"Had the most fab week, the weather was great, and the site was all we could have wished for.

Our pitch was close to the immaculate loos and toilets - they put mine at home to shame! The utility has a very reasonably priced washing machine and drier (had to do some washing as we were running out of clean shorts & t's!).

The animals were fab, our kids enjoyed feeding them all, and I particularly liked the donkeys".

"This site is top drawer and its obvious to anyone who goes how much work and particularly how much thought has gone into its creation. Its family built, owned and run which in my book means its cared for and respected by those who own it, they rightly have a lot of pride in what they have acheived.

It is perfectly located for Buxton, we drove to Chatsworth and Bakewell without any hassle, everything seems so close by. The animals on site are great, they are penned a short distance from the pitches, they are clean and healthy and are extremely well looked after which is nice to see".
